Stop 9 of the 52 Week Tour of La Grange Restaurants and Food Establishments at Prasino

Prasino was Stop 9 on our 52 week tour of La Grange restaurant and food establishments.

We had a delicious organic lunch and fantastic conversation with Joan Smothers, Lori Rimkus Donahoe, Nancy Cummings, Mark Ptacek, Steve Palmer, owner Peggy Maglaris-Kopley, Jim Peterik, Jeff McDonald, Philip Fulton, and Ryan Williamson. Honorable mention to Bill Carney (not pictured) who rushed from downtown to get a fish taco (very tasty).

Thank you to Peggy and her incredibly warm welcome today, for the tasty and organic food and exemplary service (they are some of the most attentive and quality staff around)!

I cannot explain it, but it was a very pleasant energy today. I think that people that live in our town feel good about helping our town. We are happy that so many new people joined us from our businesses and community.
