The receptionist will attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face regarding the organization to the general public and clients. The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet visitors
  • Intake & interview new clients
  • Assist with maintenance of firm’s knowledgebase and systems
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Deal with inquiries from public & customers
  • Receive & sort mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Organize conference room, conference calls, Zoom meetings, & bookings for same
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Tidy & maintain kitchen, conference room, and lobby


*Associate degree or 2 years of experience working in an office environment
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
*Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
*Ability to follow and implement systems and best practices
*Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
*Keyboard skills
*Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
*Ability to work independently and prioritize
