Mark Lara is a member of Fornaro Law’s Real Estate and Estate Planning teams. He brings a diverse background of experience and education that makes him particularly adept at managing complex transactions.Prior to graduating from the John Marshall Law school in 2009, Mark worked for the City of Chicago’s Law Department and successfully prosecuted municipal code enforcement cases. In the classroom, he was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence and Achievement in Arbitration and Mediation. After being admitted to the Illinois Bar, Mark continued working toward his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from John Marshall’s Center for Real Estate Law. This LL.M. program focused on commercial real estate transactional law. Not long after earning this degree, Mark started his own practice where he concentrated on real estate transactions and litigation for the last seven years.
Having represented numerous clients in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters, Mark relies on this experience to consistently achieve their goals.
