Karim De La Cruz is a Legal Assistant at Fornaro Law, handling corporate maintenance and providing efficient support to our clients.

With over a decade of experience in office administration, Karim is skilled in managing corporate filings, including annual report submissions, registered agent applications, and service of process notifications. With a strong background in accounting software and document management systems, Karim is proficient in various platforms that streamline our business operations.

Originally from Guatemala City and bilingual in English and Spanish, Karim is an excellent communicator and an asset to our team.

Karim is an active volunteer within the Archdiocese of Chicago, serving as a leader of evangelization in her church on the city's South Side. Outside of work, Karim enjoys live music and spending time with family and friends.
